Clack - Microline Thin Film Composite Replacement Residential Reverse Osmosis Membrane for TFC-335, TFC-435
Additional Details
Microline S1227RS & S1229RS Reverse Osmosis Membrane – High-Performance Filtration
The Microline S1227RS and Microline S1229RS reverse osmosis membranes are high-performance replacement membranes for use in compatible Clack Microline RO Systems, including the TFC-4, TFC-3, and equivalent compatible systems. Microline S1227RS and Microline S1229RS reverse osmosis membranes utilize Thin Film Composite (TFC) membranes, efficiently filtering out impurities, dissolved solids, and contaminants, delivering cleaner and purer water.
Key Features of Microline S1227RS & S1229RS RO Membranes
- High-Efficiency Filtration – Removes sediments, chlorine, heavy metals, and other dissolved contaminants.
- Compatible with Clack & Microline Systems – Designed for TFC-3 and TFC-4 RO systems and replaces models TFC-335, TFC-435, T112-25 CLK, and T112-25-CLK.
- Thin Film Composite (TFC) Technology – Ensures high rejection rates for clean, purified water.
- Flow Rate Options – Provides up to 25 gallons per day (GPD) of water production.
- Durable & Long-Lasting – Expected membrane life of 2-5 years, depending on water quality.
What Does the Microline S1227RS & S1229RS Remove?
The Microline S1227RS and Microline S1229RS membranes use reverse osmosis filtration to eliminate:
- Chlorine & Chemical Contaminants
- Heavy Metals (Lead, Mercury, Arsenic)
- Total Dissolved Solids (TDS)
- Nitrates & Fluoride
- Bacteria & Microorganisms
This ensures great-tasting, high-quality drinking water for your home or business.
Installation & Compatibility
These RO membranes are designed as drop-in replacements for Clack Microline reverse osmosis systems.
- Turn Off the Water Supply – Shut off the feed water line before installation.
- Remove the Old Membrane – Open the housing and carefully remove the used membrane.
- Insert the New Microline S1227RS or S1229RS Membrane – Align the membrane properly and insert it into the housing.
- Reconnect & Flush the System – Turn on the water supply and flush the system for 10-15 minutes before use.
Important Note: TFC membranes are NOT chlorine-resistant and must be used with a carbon pre-filter to prevent damage.
